Once you have had your baby, you pile up on the best of stock available out there to make sure your baby gets the best in everything. So did I, which I think is only natural.
The only reason why I tried so many brands was that I wanted the best for my baby when it came to her skin care. One of the items that I bought for her was Himalaya herbal baby cream. You ask me why Himalaya Herbal? Because it has ‘Herbal’ attached to it.
It goes without saying that whenever we see a product that says herbal or ayurvedic, we are naturally drawn towards it. Given the fact that our babies have the most tender and sensitive skin, we ought to use the products that are free from all the harmful chemicals. Am I right?
Himalaya Herbal Baby Cream claims that the ayurvedic ingredients used in the cream leaves your baby’s skin soft and supple. And I have to completely agree with this. As against other baby creams, Himalaya Herbal Baby Cream tops the list. Over the course of a few months of using this, I have genuinely seen a change in my baby’s skin texture.
I can never talk enough about how amazing this cream smells. I’m not too sure if the smell is mostly of all things herbal in it, but after application, my baby does smell delicious!
Himalaya Herbal Baby Cream is also free from any harmful or synthetic colours, parabens and Mineral oil. This is one of the things I check out for before I purchase any product for my baby. It goes without saying that you have to make sure you buy the best of skin care products for your baby. And Himalaya Herbal Baby Cream happens to be one of them.
The good thing about this cream is that it gets absorbed by the skin very quickly. It doesn’t leave any stickiness behind. Also, it smells absolutely wonderful.

Although it only says you should apply it on face, knees and elbows, but I apply it all over my baby’s body except around eyes. And it does keep her body moisturized throughout the day.

Now coming to the things that I do not like about the cream – First of all, I’m not too happy with the fact that the cream tends to finish off before you know it. In a pack of 200 ml, I’m not sure that much quantity of the cream is even in there because it usually gets finished in a little over a week’s time. Second, because the cream gets absorbed by the skin too quickly, areas like knees and elbows require more application of the same.
All in all, this is an overall great product to use on your baby’s skin given how sensitive it is.
